Summary:
Spacious brand-new apartment of 3 beds, 3.5 bathrooms of 200m2 in the 1st floor. Fully equipped apartment that it will make you feel at home. Offers a spacious and bright open layout, tall ceilings, large windows and hardwood floors.

Located in the golden mile, the most luxurious neighborhood, in Barrio Salamanca, 1-min walk to Calle Serrano. It's also just 3-min walk from the famous Puerta de Alcalá.

The Space:
Since I own the entire 1st floor, we have two apartments and if desired, they can be communicated by unlocking a door. They are perfect if you are a very big group. If we connect both apartments it hots 12 guests.

The apartment is on floor 1.5, this means that guests can take elevator to floor 2 and walk down 10 stairs or take the elevator to floor 1 and climb 10 stairs.

The Neighborhood:
Barrio Salamanca is the best neighborhood in Madrid. A neighborhood known for its upscale boutiques, Salamanca offers an amazing window shopping experience, especially along the Golden Mile, which is where the apartment is set. Some of the best fine dining restaurants in the city are steps away.

It is surrounded by luxury in both its retail and recreational form. It offers an amazing window shopping experience, specially the Golden Mile, which the apartment is located. Salamanca is known for having world-renowned designer labels in fashion, homeware and the like, as well as some of the city's finest dining. In addition the apartment is just a minute walk to the most famous and biggest park in Madrid, el Retiro.

Incredible Apartment

Great flat, well furnished, super comfortable stay. Black out shades was a nice touch for Jetlag. Another huge bonus is the living room is far from the bedrooms and has a door separating for noise. Was great for kids. Retiro Park near and still close to the city center with a little walking

Perfect spot from which to explore Madrid

The apartment was perfect for our stay, and as shown and described. Everything was clean and working well, and the kitchen was fully up to date (including a Nespresso machine). Communication was clear and prompt. We loved being close to so many places we wanted to reach — being able to jog in Retiro in the morning, walk to Chueca or a museum around lunch, and do some shopping in Salamanca in the afternoon.

Magnificent City Oasis

This is a truly beautiful apartment. It is on the first floor of a heritage building, but nothing on the outside prepares you for what lies within - a tastefully renovated, modern, spacious oasis set in the heart of the city. Every requirement is catered for, with modern, high-end appliances and comfortable beds. But the most outstanding feature of this stunning apartment is its proximity to shopping, train, bus, etc, all within easy walking distance. Our host was also very attentive and easy to communicate with. This is THE place to stay in Madrid!

The location is amazing! Lovely shops, restaurants, and very close to you all day. Exciting things to see in Madrid! The apartment is spacious and well appointed. Everything is great. The only tiny negative is there is not a lot of natural light.

Family visit to Madrid

Check- in was easy. Mateo was very responsive and sent us everything we needed. Apartment was spacious and kitchen was amazing. Having every room with an en suite bathroom was perfect. Beds were comfortable and sound proof to allow for jet lag recuperation. Below your apartment is a small store perfect for small things you may need and fruit. The location is fabulous- walking distance to everything. My only issue- and this was Inconsequential was that the dryer took a while to dry. Perfect trip having our whole family pick up our eldest daughter from a study abroad program. Thank you Mateo.

What a great location!!!!!!We had great restaurants around us and great shopping. I would say this area is like the Beverly Hills of Los Ángeles in California. We usually stay in hotels, first time in a VRBO and this was A great place to stay. Very responsive and beautiful. We will be back.
