Hotel is great, very modern, clean and well appointed. The room is good, very comfortable bed and well appointed. The only down side was in the morning of check out, I had an early flight and had booked the first airport shuttle at 06.15am. I went down early enough to somplete the check out, which was very quick and smooth and then wanted to take a coffee before starting my journey. reception informed me that the restaurant did not open until 06.30am and there was no coffee machine available. There were several other guests in the lobby waiting for their transfers to the airport and I am sure I was not the only one who would like a coffee before heading off to the airport, it is an airport hotel and I am sure that everyday it is the same with people checking out early. The reception and bar are both together, it is a very small space and on the bar there was a coffee machine, one of the simple types, put a disposable or china cup under the dispenser and press the button for your coffee selection, there were two receptionists on duty and it would not have been a problem for them to offer a service, frankly I was very surprised that a hotel in Spain, serving mainly people going to and from the airport was not able to offer coffee. Not enough space to complete my review but if you book the shuttle be aware it does not stop at the hotel, you have to go down to another hotel and nobody tells you this!! I almost missed the shuttle. Very badly communicated by the hotel.

The hotel property is clean and well-maintained, but the overall atmosphere feels somewhat plain. One key improvement would be the availability of international electrical plugs, as they are difficult to find nearby, and the vending machines are not operational. Additionally, extending the shuttle service hours would enhance guest convenience, as I had to arrange an expensive alternative transportation option. I also mistakenly booked the wrong date and had to modify my reservation on the same day. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to issue a refund, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable and well-prepared.

Good for the price.

I’m torn but here is my assessment. The staff was wonderful. Checking in was a breeze. The hotel it’s very clean. The room however, has less than the bare essentials. There is no coffee maker, tissues, no night stands, the lighting in the room it’s very poor. I get the rooms have a loft feel to them but lighting needs improvement. In the end you get what you paid for. I needed the room between flights so it wasn’t a huge deal but little improvements could make this hotel a must stay.

Se dejó en la habitación 311, un estuche con 3 pares de aretes y un anillo. El 23 de feb. Se lo sustrajeron nadie pudo responder. Asumo quién hace el aseo de la habitación. Con ningún gerente se pudo hablar. Espero recuperarlo. Una lástima . Deben administrar la calidad y honestidad del personal.

My one night layover at Zleep was everything that I needed including friendly staff who spoke fluent English, warm, comfortable bed, hot shower with hairdryer, and a little restaurant / bar at the hotel (open from 3pm-12pm) and a quaint restaurant at the end of the corner for lunch. Wifi is free and there are lockers if you arrive before the 3pm check-in. I recommend booking the airport shuttle "ride" early in advance since it fills up and costs the fraction of a taxi ride. It was a very comfortable and safe stay. Muchas gracias!
