Wonderful staff, clean, central location

The staff was fabulous! Our luggage was delayed and no matter who was working the front desk, they were all informed and helping us watch out for the delivery. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and in a central location. I will definitely stay there again.

What a gem and amazing location next to Plaza Merced just steps away from all of the restaurants, shopping, and historical landmarks. I was impressed with the size of the suite and incredible attention to detail in every room. The bedroom was the best with super comfy bed and linens which made every night restful. I will definitely be back to this hotel for so many reasons.

From start to finish our sray was simply perfect. Felt safe, very clean bedroom with daily cleaning. Kitchen fully equipped with washing machine which is handy if you travel with kids. It's definitely the best apartment I've ever stayed in my entire life. 1. Very clean 2. Perfect location 3. Fully equipped (even dishwasher and washing machine available in the apartment). Soda, eggs, bread, jam in the fridge as well. Jacuzzi on the rooftop. 4. Beautiful design of the apartment. Compliments to everyone involved in managing this hotel/apartments building. That’s how you do it! Special compliments to the cleaning and reception ladies. They were all very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back.
