HOMEABOUT LA MERCED LOFT 8:
Bright interior studio with private bathroom and sofa bed, located in a modern building, just few minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced.The studio is located on a second floor, easily accessible with the lift; The main terrace does not belong to the flat, but clients can use it.Really close to the historical centre, 3 minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced, 10 minutes walking from Calle Larios; supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. The area is calm.



The studio has a double bed, a sofa bed, TV, fully equipated kitchenette and a complete bathroom









EXTRAS- Our guests have full access to the two common terraces in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants.- There is not any washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common coins laundry in the building.- There is availability of parking spots in the same building, for an extra cost of 15€ per night, but THEY MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.- Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge of 10€ per stay and per pet.

- Sofa bed for 30€ extra cost.





CHECK IN / CHECK OUT- Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm.- Our staff will ask you your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance.- Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. TIME: until 11am.







EXTRAS RULES- Please, take care of the flat. You must leave it in the same conditions as you found it.- To preserve the climate, please be careful with turning on/off the light, AC and/or heating when you are not in the flat.- It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common zones of the building, except in the terraces.- Parties are not allowed, events or loud noises. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9am. Take care and respect the silence and remember to keep the main entrance door closed all the times.- People not registered in the booking cannot be hosted.

Todo muy bien la ubicacion espectacular hay todo a mano bares cafeterias tiendas todo muy bien muy centrico la única pega q le.pongo es el colchon un poco duro de lo demás todo muy bien

Déçus

Nous n'avons pas trouvé à notre arrivée l'appartement que nous attendions. Les photos du site nous montrait une pièce lumineuse, nous avons découvert un appartement sombre, que nous devions éclairer du soir au matin. Nous pensions avoir une chambre, nous nous sommes retrouvés à partager un studio avec notre adolescente qui a dormi sur le canapé.. Aucune intimité... Ce n'est pas ce que nous pensions avoir réservé !!! Nous sommes très loin des locations entre particuliers, le studio fait parti d'un immeuble entièrement dédié à la location de vacances, ce n'était pas notre conception de séjour qui tient plus de l'appart hôtel.

Si publicas fotos para ofertar el alojamiento y después estás no se corresponden con la realidad en mi opinión es publicidad engañosa. Añadir que la limpieza de lo que consideran balcón que en realidad era una terraza interior no se realizó encontrándonos calcetines, camisetas y colillas de cigarro de pisos superiores.
