Maleme Hotels with Parking

"The hotel is good. They claim to be five star but in my opinion unfortunately it's three or three and a half. They are not aiming at high quality - they have potential for so much more. Good: pool, gym, sport options, beach, room size, friendly reception staff, some restaurant staff was also really nice, lots of beach chairs. Ok: food (lacking flavor a bit but otherwise ok), cleaning (that varied a lot - one day it was excellent, the next they just mopped in middle of the floor and took away our beach towels without replacing them). Not so good: drink selection - the sodas from the tap were local brand, the wines from the tap absolutely horrible (=undrinkable and I am not a wine-snob). The bathroom floor was done in the wrong way: water ran the wrong way and stayed at the other end rather than going in the drain. Really noisy restaurants: if they would invest in table cloths, it would make a huge difference. But apparently they want to keep all the costs as low as possible. It seemed like some of the restaurant staff were in such a role for the first time whereas others were excellent. No one seemed to care about feedback. This was the first time in an all inclusive when I drank zero glasses of wine due to the taste of it. The location is beautiful but it's not the easiest to get to - in April the last bus from Chania leaves already at 14.30!"

"Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen. Huoneemme oli melko pieni ja ahdas mutta siisti. Suuri plussa oli kun pystyi varamaan kuljetus Hanian kaupunkiin ja takaisin. Näköala mahtava aamiaisella!!"

"Kiva paikka kaikenkaikkiaan. Ruoan laatu keskinkertainen, todella hyvä ohjelmatarjoilu. All inklusiveen halvinta hanaolutta ja bulkkiviiniä. Hinta/laatu OK"
