The single-story house offers around 250 m² of comfort and style. It includes a cozy, elegantly decorated living room with satellite TV, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining area and direct access to the covered terrace, four bedrooms (one with a double bed, three with single beds that can be joined), and three bathrooms (two with showers and one with a shower over the bathtub; one en suite and another with exterior access). All rooms, including the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms, are air-conditioned for your comfort.
The outdoor area is a highlight, with a beautiful natural garden surrounding the 9 x 5 m saltwater pool (depth 0.90–1.70 m), creating the perfect spot to relax. The covered terrace by the pool, furnished with comfortable sofas, offers a pleasant shaded space, while the main porch features a dining area and barbecue for outdoor evenings. For fun and activity, you’ll also find a trampoline, ping pong table, and sports play areas.
The location is ideal: Manacor’s center is just a 2-minute drive away, and beautiful beaches like Cala Mandia and Porto Cristo are within easy reach.
