This modern holiday home in Cala Murada combines stylish design with a Mediterranean way of life and offers the perfect environment for relaxed holiday days in Mallorca. Located in a quiet residential area, the villa is ideal for families or friends and offers space for up to 8 people. A private parking space on the property is available.
On the ground floor, there is a friendly bedroom with a double bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), air conditioning, electric radiator, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The open living area is bright and spacious, featuring air conditioning, additional radiators, and a pellet stove that provides cosiness on cooler evenings. A modern smart TV invites relaxed movie nights. Directly adjacent is the kitchen with a pantry and a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer – perfect for longer stays. For coffee lovers, both a Nespresso machine and a DeLonghi coffee machine with a grinder are available. Particularly inviting is the conservatory with a dining area, underfloor heating, and a ceiling fan, which forms the ideal meeting point for sociable gatherings in any season.
On the upper floor, you will find three additional bedrooms. Two of them are each equipped with two single beds (0.90 × 2.00 m) and share a bathroom with a bathtub. One of these rooms also has direct access to the balcony. The master bedroom is equipped with a spacious double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), its own bathroom with a shower, a comfortable walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space, and access to a balcony shared with another bedroom. Additionally, on this floor, there is another bathroom with a bathtub available, which is shared by the two bedrooms with single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and electric radiators. Moreover, the bathrooms and living area also have radiators, ensuring a pleasant living climate throughout the year.
