Stayed 3 nights. The room was cleaned after the 1st night. After the second night the room was not touched. Went to front desk to get fresh to towels and told they would clean the room the next day. came back on the 3rd day and the room was not touched again.

The hotel in general is very nice. The bathroom door didn’t close, they left half roll of toilet paper, to be a nice hotel that is a little different have to call for more and of course they brought only one ha ha ha. A staff of the hotel open our bedroom and the guy came inside , he didn’t say sorry or explain why he was there and the worst was the service in the cafeteria: the lady was very rude with my family, in 30 years I never felt treat different but this person ignore us, her name is Kristina, she was talking with a couple for about 10 minutes and the couple was feeling uncomfortable. Then another couple came and she gave their order first without explanation. My niece asked for a cup of tea so we asked which tea they had and she didn’t look at us and answer soo bad…conclusion it was a very bad experience plus only half of their menu they could offer.

Very clean rooms and beautiful hotel and surroundings. Some staff were amazing others less trained it seemed (example: we needed 5 printouts and tries to receive our effective end bill). We ate once at the restaurant (FYI there is only one restaurant and bar all located at the same place, then the same in their partner hotel accross the street) and it was amazing. Great fish and great service. Marathon itself was nice and quiet, exactly what we looked for to relax.

The room was very nice! The restaurant and outdoor bar had a great menu, everything was delicious and the staff was great! The hotel was in a great location and had many places that were easily accessible. I would return!
