The room was clean, the tables and desk could have been cleaner. A little bleach on a rag would have renoved the cup rings. The staff was great and friendly. Breakfast was ok, I like a cup of tea during the night, or early morning and there were no tea bags, woul love some in the room. Bathroom needs upgrading,as some folks are older, we need hand rails in the bathtub.Also because the toilet seats are so low, we could use hand rails for extra support when getting up. The hotel 🏨 was nice, i actually liked it

The hotel its an OLD Hotel Falling apart. I reserve a room with KING Bed and they give me a Full Bed. WOrst experience in long time. The food, also very bad.

The room was not up to standard breakfast was lukewarm fridge in the room rocked and was ready to fall over when the door was opened i was expecting a kettle or even a bottle of water very disappointed hotel was very drab not worth the money would appreciate a safety chain on the door didnt feel safe in the room room was noisy due to sound of running water when shower was used no i cant reccomend this hotel

The hotel was tired and dirty. Damp patches on the walls, almost the worst shower we hade experienced although the water was hot if one waited long enough. The bar was always shut and the restaurant not open at lunch and dinner times. Worst was when we asked for a taxi to the airport the receptionist arranged for someone she knew who took us in an old car that should not have been on the road. Never again!

We stayed a total of 8 days. The hotel is basic but that is to be expected with the price. We did not get clean towels until the day before we were to check out. The front desk kept saying they were coming but they never arrived. For a family of 6 with teenagers this proved to be a big problem. Housekeeping is only every other day. The reviews about the bathroom window venting into the hallway were so accurate. You could hear everything. We ended up hanging up one of the few towels we had. Other wise people could just walk by and push open the window slats.

Very poor reception service. I booked a Deluxe room but was given a sub-standard room. After complaining, I was moved to another equally poor room. Only after asking for the Manager did anything happen—then I was told to wait. After waiting over an hour, I finally received the Deluxe room I originally paid for. The front desk staff were disengaged and more focused on their phones and paperwork than on guests. Management needs to seriously investigate what’s happening at reception, as the situation felt highly unprofessional and questionable. Owners should take note and address this immediately.

This is a very tired and dirty hotel. The first room we were given, the toilet had not been flushed or cleaned. We were given a different room on the 4th floor and had to lug our heavy cases up the stairs. In the morning a different member of staff told us that there is a lift at the other end of the building. The breakfast was not very appetising and although you could get an omelette made the cook would not do fried eggs. Not a pleasant stay.

Check in was busy with a bit of a wait. Rooms are nice but a bit tired. They are clean but floors could use a good scrub in the bathroom. Basics are provided. No blankets just a top sheet for those who like cool room with covers. Breakfast is great, pool are is great and beach area is beautiful. Drinks are inexpensive but small. Staff are kind
