Air-conditioning went out about 3 a.m. terribly hot. The thermostat was dark and would not work. We reported it upon check out and were told we should have reported it at 3 a.m. and someone would have checked it out. We were exhausted. Ridiculous

Everything was great. From the time i checked in, the lady at service desk was very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had healthy items to pick from. Which i enjoyed and very friendly service. Parking was great as well. All in all our stay was great and would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

As soon as you walk in the hotel, you smell mold it’s worse on the second floor, where they initially put me they have plug-in air fresheners throughout the hotel and they moved my room and upgraded my room when I complained because it smelled like mold so bad on the second floor. Even the first floor room smelled like mold, horribly the whole time I was there. It looked like there was a major water problem in that room or in that building and it’s never been fixed correctly. There’s no cold water that comes out of the faucet to drink so they provide you with walmart brand water bottles there’s something seriously wrong going on there.
