This hotel is center for all the bars, restaurants, and clubs. Staff was on point when it comes to security. My only problems I had was the towels had stains on them, the jacuzzi tub wasn’t clean and my biggest problem my AC wasn’t working. The AC will work one moment than randomly shut off and not come back on. After a night of drinking and partying come back to a hot room with no AC was brutal

I had already read the reviews but visiting it exceeded my expectations,the room I got assigned was super small no outside view ,nice bathroom and toilet,clean areas . The staff was nice the bartender as well. If you can fall asleep with loud music this is your place I had zero problems with it lol ,it's near party district,shopping and within walking distance to other nice areas in the city .It was safe and fun ,quiet in the morning but it it picked up as the sun went down ,my friends and I had an excellent time and would highly recommend this hotel .

I selected the option to have a bigger room according to the measurements given in the description. They told me that I selected a standard room. The room I selected was supposed to be 215sq ft. But it was the same small room i selected my last time there, hence why I selected a big room. I went out and bought a measuring tape and try to have them go to the room and measure it with me but they refused. Im still waiting on word from the hotel and Expedia. A sincere apology is sufficient if they accept the accommodation was not 215sq feet

The internet did not work at all most of the days we were there. They randomly put up a sign saying they were working on it. They said breakfast was continental and was ready at 6:30. We had an excursion that was picking us up at 7:10 so we figured we’d head down there to grab something before heading out. But it wasn’t ready until 7 when we were heading out. The sugar for the coffee had mosquitos in the jar. The complimentary drink ticket for the bar could only be used on soft drinks or 1 specific cocktail that didn’t sound appealing. We had housekeeping done one day and they didn’t leave us any towels, or mats we had to request them and then they made it seem like we were trying to get extras. We had 2 items laundered and didn’t even get the stain out which was the purpose of getting it eased then and not wait til we came home. The windows are not sealed properly so you can hear everything super loud in the room we were in. We could see the gap in the window. Location was close to food and bars which was nice but then we could hear the music in our room until 4 AM. The staff apparently said something room to one of our guides when he arrived to pick us up as he said they were not aware of us doing so and hadn’t booked it with them. Overall mediocre service and stay lucky for us it was only 4 nights.
