Shower over bath is hard to get in and out, also the base is so slippery it very hard to stand while using. Plates from the cupboard were not clean and some cutlery was the same. Very busy trafic intersection right outside with tram station produces noise all night. This noise combined with thin single glazed windows ensures next to no sleep. Good carpark, with plenty of space, although $10 extra to use was a surprise upon check-in.

Initial impression was that the property was a bit tired but this was quickly dispelled once we got to our room, huge, clean, good furniture, great bed and shower, could not be happier with the place. It was great.
