There was no hot water to the shower, the property knew about the issue & I was informed they we’re working on it however it was not fixed during my stay so I was unable to have a hot shower. There was no compensation for this inconvenience of not being able to use the full facilities I had paid for.

Very disappointing stay! The first room we were given the air conditioning was very noisy so requested another room. Next room the air was not working well. Third room smelled bad. Staff was apologetic and offered a fan to use for second room. Second day we arrived back to room from an all day tour and discovered our room was not serviced. There was a note laying on bed from maid stating she could not make the bed because there were personal items on the bed. ( my pjs were on the bed!) We travel often and had never dealt with this. In the bathroom there was a quarter size soap and a one time use shampoo. We were there 3 nights and didn’t have more available!

Great location. Can Uber anywhere around town for next to nothing. Staff were always happy and friendly. Our toilet seat was broken and no lock on the bathroom door, but we had a family room and didn’t bother saying anything about it. Although I should have told them bout the toilet seat cos now I feel bad for the next lot of ppl that payed for that room. Will definitely make this hotel my first option when going back to Melbourne, can’t beat the price.

Bad smell, leak at front door (maintenance fixed by putting towels on the ground, dirty, only door with no peep hole on floor. Weird bad vibes about the property. Moved hotels. Front of house staff were lovely though.

Okay - good location

Location was great and staff too. My room area had a plumbing fault, no hot water for 1.5 days. Room also needed a refurb? Tile grouting mouldy and paintwork old. TV arm faced away from chair and bed so not practical
