The location was great just down the road from the rail station and bus station where the skybus came in . Also it was a pick up point for excursions which helped. Room cleaned every day and nice room.

Room smelt musty, air conditioner didn't work properly, old style rattler above the door(not cleaned very well) while hotel has elevators you still need to do stairs to a number of rooms which was not expected. Bathroom was very small with no were to hang towels aextraction fan didn't work.

Room was dirty, smelled bad. I paid extra for a serviced room. Staff showed up at 6pm asking if I wanted a towel. The hotel rating was deceptive. Was more like a backpacker hostel than a hotel

We were unable to access our room by elevator…we were on level 1 …7 stairs down to an open atrium with rooms around a common courtyard. 2 seniors should not be required to haul luggage up and down stairs just to get in and out of our room! The room itself had water outside the door…at 9 am, they flood the plants and cause the floors to be slippery on top of hauling luggage! Very disappointing and a ridiculous setup for a hotel! We did not enjoy our stay…luckily we only booked 1 night.

Rooms were extremely stuffy with no fresh airflow. (no windows) Bathroom was dirty. No bedside lamps or plug to charge your phone. Toilet ran all night and the AC dripped water for hours. Reception and front lobby area are very shabby and old looking.

We walked into our room and noticed a strong smell. The staff were polite, though not particularly warm. The beds were fine if you’re only staying for one night. On day two, we discovered a leak and reported it. We were then asked to move rooms, which was okay, however we were contacted about five hours later and asked to return to the room immediately. The new room was smaller and no compensation was initially offered. After asking if complimentary breakfast was possible, we were first offered a late checkout, which didn’t suit us due to an early flight. In the end, breakfast was provided. Overall, it was manageable for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than one night.

The rooms are very clean and quite spacious. The location was fantastic so close to everything and easy access to trams/transport. Staff were nice and it was great they are open 24/7 as I arrived after midnight. I didn’t try the restaurant, bit it always looked busy at breakfast. I would happily stay here again.

The breakfast wasn't free exactly, as I paid separately for it. However, in this era, $10 pp for continental and $18 for a cooked breakfast serving is very well priced. The room was clean, cool upon arrival and very well stocked with amenities. The only improvement would be the pressure of the shower in the bathroom. Overall, as returning customers, a very enjoyable night's stay.
