This is my second visit back I would like to recommend that cleaning staff take more attention to bathroom tiles, there is mould around some parts of grouting, and staining on tiles even though the tiles look new.

Very noisy room. People upstairs walking around their room made bathroom screen door vibrate from 11:00pm-3:00am. I went to reception to ask to change rooms but the front desk was unmanned. No sleep into a very important presentation the next day. Was not happy and won’t be back.

Guests from the other room (level 5, on top of room 457) were noisy until late night around 12am. Had a hard time sleeping. They were making loud sounds (banging, playing loud music and talking loudly) until I woke up around 6 am. This happened 3rd August.

Disappointing

While in very good location, bathroom had significantly mould, and room was very dusty. When I enquired about what I needed to do to get the air con working, was told that it wasnt and to leave the door open to cool room. I can cope with a room being very dated, but not a room that is not clean, and does not have the advertised features ( working air conditioner)
