Only one night but happy to return. We liked the entrance to the building - Welcoming and clean - a good first impression! Receptionist was very helpful both on arrival and departure. Use of the Porter trolley was helpful. We had a Standard Queen which was spacious for two people. Very clean bedding and the whole accommodation was well presented and clean. ATe at El RIncon walking distance and would highly recommend. Lots of unique interesting shops in area: Yarn STrong Sista and the Queen Vic market for example but as it was SUnday they shut by 4pm and we had to prioritise eating :) WOuld like to return and investigate more. Thanks IBIS great price too!

The two bedroom apartment was ideal for our needs, well equipped and surprisingly roomy. Staff were lovely. Proximity to the edge of the free tram system on Elizabeth St was a big plus. Close to Queen Victoria Market too, and plenty of eateries. We'll book again next visit!

The property is old and dated, I felt like I was in a detention Centre. The staff are great they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Property needs to be refurbished to reward the staff for all their hard work, if the property was not so dated I would have scored it alot higher.

Door from bedroom to bathroom was a joke making it a hazard in the middle of the night as it opened inwards and blocked the bathroom no tea towel ,shower head not stable and very small cups. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful
