I’ve stayed here a couple of times and really like this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and included breakfast. As a Gold member with Expedia, I received an upgrade to a room facing the Yarra River, which was a nice touch. However, there were a couple of small issues. There was only one coffee capsule provided, and I couldn’t find a hairdryer in the room. I also asked about a late checkout, but was told that since I’d already received an upgrade, it wasn’t possible. That response didn’t feel very customer-friendly. That said, my overall experience was still very good. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. It would be nice to see the breakfast menu updated, though, as it felt largely the same as last year.

Almost home!

What a great find! Very modern rooms with all you need. Amazing views of the river and casino flames at night! Love the rooftop restaurant and breakfast was great! Very professional, friendly staff on reception! Convenient location for everything!
