Have stayed many times at the WRAP and this was stay was not their finest moment. Broken down lift, no hot water on the public holiday Friday and poor communication about the lack of hot water or what was being done to fix

The Wrap in Southbank was fantastic! Perfect location near the river, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were welcoming and efficient. Great value for the convenience and comfort. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it.

We changed first room as room was filthy. They moved us to other room which had a cracked vanity. The bathroom was clogged as water wouldn’t flow through the grating in the shower. The washing machine didn’t work. We advised reception but no one bothered to attend to it. We had to do laundry at a Laundromat. Unpleasant stay.
