Magnificent terraced house located in a well-maintained complex with a communal swimming pool next to the sea.
The villa has a spacious living room on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a courtesy toilet, and a front and rear patio.
On the first floor there are three double rooms and two full bathrooms (one with a private bathroom) and on the top floor there is a solarium, a covered area ideal for outdoor meals, barbecue.
In the basement there is a spacious garage for two cars and an auxiliary room with a bathroom.
Air conditioning in the living room and in all rooms. Free Wi-Fi internet connection.
No tourist services are contemplated in the house (room service, food and drinks, etc.)
