We booked three king-bed rooms, but one was provided with a queen bed instead. The bathrooms did not match the listing photos, and one room was an undisclosed accessibility room with an unusable shower. Water also flooded from the bathroom into the room.

The smell was the worst thing. The cleanliness was a close second. The rooms were not as advertised. We showered in our flip flops. When water got on the floor from the shower I dried it with a towel. The towel was then black. I cannot express how bad the experience was.

Room was nice but the service was not. Hotel guest had police called in them during our stay. Free drink in the bar for Happy Hour, couldnt get someone to help us. We were actually going to stay and drink and hang out. Gave up after standing there for 15 mins.

Room felt neglected , sheets were filthy after telling the front desk serval times. got stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes had to call 911( fire department) to get doors open. & when telling the front desk the situation they were very careless and insensitive. Manager lacked empathy for the situation. 0/10 do not recommend staying here!!! not very guest friendly or accommodating.

Great location for walking and transportation. Right across the street from the Beach, and great roof top view. Staff was friendly, hotel could be maintained a little better, the halls and floors leading to the room could use some renovation. My only complaint would be I could hear running water from my room, not sure why this was.. & the cleaning staff was constantly talking in the hallways, but for the price of the hotel & location I felt it was still a good stay.

Perfect hotel for a girls’ trip! The beach access and pool scene were amazing. Everything felt lively but still comfortable. The beds were surprisingly comfy, and housekeeping did a great job. Loved it!

I had such a great stay at Catalina Hotel & Beach Club! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to tons of restaurants and shops. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool area was definitely my favorite spot. I would absolutely stay here again!
