The hotel was divided into 3 buildings. So we tugged our luggage into one only to find we had to roll it to another building (with no ramp - only steps). Asked for another set of towels - never got. Also remote was missing - called the desk and never got one delivered. There were 3 of staying and bathroom area was not secluded (shower in middle of room). Not good when trying to get ready for privacy.

The room the shower was leaking on the floor every night had towels on the floor soak in water. The tv was not work at all the WiFi was not working . The ac controller was not working was on cold the whole time and when turn off it was not off . They came to check it and it was dique off but it was not they just gave us another blanket . Our key for the room kept not opening the door had to go to the front desk.

Room smelled musty from the air con unit. The bathroom requires a deep clean (tiles and soap build up is gross for the amount we paid) it looks like the bathroom only gets a surface wipe over. Beds were comfortable and clean linen.

This hotel is so dirty it made me sick. I left before my checkout dates. Expedia should remove this from their page. All my belongings smell of mold. The room and sheets were filthy. This room literally made me sick.

The staff was relatively friendly, but the hotel itself is worn. It is in serious need of renovations. We asked for a quiet room near the back away from the bars, but we’re put right over the front bar and restaurant with thumping music and noise into the night. would not go back.

They asked if they could put me in an ADA compliant room, which I thought was fine. They said it just had a big bathroom with a roll in shower. I said OK. What they didn't say is that the bathroom was very spartan. A sink with no cabinet or other place to put toiletries... just mounted on the wall. A toilet that was standard, but not even a holder for toilet paper. No towel racks at all. Everything white from top to bottom with no decor. It was like I picture a toilet and sink in a jail cell. I asked to be moved since I had a four-day stay, and they said they would have to ask the manager. I decided to suck it up since I was a solo traveler and I did not want some couple on their honeymoon to get stuck in there. They were nice enough to comp my breakfast buffet. Other that the bathroom, the room was fine. Poor TV options (I had to watch sports in the bar as the big games that weekend were not on their satellite master antenna system). A bit dim in terms of lighting. Only a light in the entry and above the bed. Good AC unit. Pool was quite cold, and not heavily used. BUT, on the positive side, the staff was great and the hotel restaurants were excellent. It was almost like the restaurants were the draw, that the hotel was an inconvenience. I would stay there again, but avoid the ADA rooms unless you need one for accessibility reasons.
