Pool was great but customer service at the check in and check out was horrible I received two extra charges that for a lot of money and never received any receipt of anything and also I didn’t buy or use anything extra at the property and on top of that I left a day earlier and still got charged for that day

I enjoyed our stay at the hotel starting with a nice glass of prosecco for the VIO experience and a bottle of wine at our arrival in the room. The facilities were nice and the staff was friendly! However , the valet parking was TERRIBLE!!! Never stayed in a hotelwirt such bad valet parking. Averaged 25 mins each day to get my car and on the last day of our stay , 45 minutes ! I couldn’t even believe it .it somehow ruined our hotel experience. I would rate the hotel higher if the valet had been a better experience. They need a better system . Even to park car to give key was a challenge! The room was clean and liked the fact there were two bathrooms in our suite .
