The Hôtel itself is good, I have stayed there three times over five years. This last trip had a lot of problems. I was unfortunately sick during my stay and some days I had to tell the cleaning staff I was unable to leave the room. The cleaning lady was helpful on those days and gave me water bottlles and tissues. However during my ten day long stay there were two other days where I had left my room and the was not cleaned. One morning I left my room, saw the cleaning lady in the next door room, said good morning and told her my room was free but when I returned that evening it was not cleaned. For this to happen once in a week is unfortunate but for it to happen twice indicates a clear lack of quality in the procedures in the Hôtel. The manager should take responsibility and should make a change in the procedures so that this does not happen again. It really is just not acceptable. This has happened in three hotels during tis month long trip. What is happening to standards in the US of A?
