Staff was friendly. At 6pm, when they opened, we Waited 1 hour 10 minutes after we ordered for our food. Then another 15 minutes to pay our bill after we asked for it. All we ordered was a chicken quesadilla and chicken strips!!! Thought we were getting a free breakfast, NOPE! Had to pay 15.99 per person and every single item was cold! Worst food ever ever had! The only plus was we were close to the port. About 25 minutes…

The most DISGUSTING hotel I had ever stayed at. Initially the hotel texted us asking what time we planned on getting there to check in. When we arrived the rooms were not ready, basically the entire hotel was sitting in the very small lobby and there was no space to wait. To leave a bag with the front desk they charged per bag to store them (even my small backpack that was sitting on my suitcase was an additional charge). We were then contacted that we could check in early for an additional fee. The extra fees were insane. The actual hotel floors and rooms were by far the grossest I have ever stayed in. Hardly cleaned. You can tell someone had been smoking in the non smoking room and were trying to cover it up with extra cleaner scent. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The staff was very friendly. From the van driver to the front desk staff to the security who checked on me after I called the front desk and no on answered. He brought me a toothbrush because I forgot mine and he did it with a smile. The room was clean and a good size. Plenty of breakfast options. They had a van to the port of Miami for $14 cash per person. I would definitely stay here again !

The convenience of having the shuttle included was incredibly helpful. Ronald at check in was so kind and hospitable. The process was a breeze. I even enjoyed at late night milkshake from the lobby.
