This is our 3rd stay at this property. We love it here because of the convenience to South Beach. The hotel room is also very clean and the hotel itself has a very vibrant atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and accommodating.

I needed a room for one night. The AC was disturbingly loud. Can't turn it off because it would get hot quickly. The plumbing was horrible and with a smell. The bed make noise as well because the beds are old. The beds felt like someone would pop out of the mattress like in American Horror Story hotel. Front desk doesn't care much. The hotel is outdated. But it's Miami, so mehhh
