Very cleaned they upgraded my room from gardens view to a balcony and he made it seem it was a good upgrade but it wasn’t especially with kids I wish I kept it as is and not take it. But I was a bit upset checking out they couldn’t give me a check out receipt like most hotels the lady advise they don’t do that which I advise was really weird idk would I come back probably not.

For me this was an ok hotel. My issues with this place was the fact that I booked this hotel because of the pool once we arrived the pool was closed for the week and NO where on the site did it say the pool was closed. Then at check in they say it’s $100 a night deposit plus resort fee and again I was not informed you would have to pay resort and deposit and now I don’t even get all my deposit back and no reason on why I didn’t receive all my money back. And how do hotels not have a microwave in the room or in the hotel for guest to warm up there food. They also could use some updates in the bathroom tile was missing from the shower. I will not book here again

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel needs a refresher, looks outdated in the hallways and in common areas. We were excited about the pool and then realized there is no shade to sit under anything. So that was a no go! Staff was not very welcoming and not helpful when I asked about car parking, I was only told of the options at the hotel. Well, two blocks down you can park for 1/2 the price. No coffee stations and no breakfast areas. Only the bar/restaurant for dinner as an option.
