Penguin is a 3 star hotel that try’s hard to please. Rooms are clean, small and comfortable. Hot breakfast and beach front near restaurants, pharmacies and shopping are a plus.

Overall decent property, beware the pool is on the rooftop of another hotel around the corner to which we have access. Pretty good budget option if your into that sort of thing.
