The room has an odor. The toilet screeched every time we flushed it. Finally we had to start lifting the tank cover and putting the flapper down so the tank would fill. This morning we happened to notice a big blood stain down the side of the bed mattress on the right side. This was the worst Best Western we’ve ever stayed at. Will not stay at a Best Western again.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Stopped to get something to eat at the hotel bar/restaurant. The food was was delicious and Jerry the bartender was great. We would definitely use the hotel again when we’re in Mikwaukee.

Toilet was constantly plugging. Asked for a plunger but was initially told that i would have to wait for maintance to arrive at 8am (this was 6am) and could use the bathroom by the pool. Anyway, someone was finally able to get a plunger.

Most of it was fine, but the hot tub was gross. Water should have been changed/addressed with that many kids in it. It was oily, milky and had chunks of matter in it. Somone should be checking on that a couple times a day, especially on a weekend (holiday, at that)

Quite average. The beds and pillows were decent.

Won't book again. Shuttle driver, TJ, was very pleasant and personable; desk staff was not. Two different ladies were curt, bothered by work, and rather rude. Room was okay. Coffee maker wasn't functional; albeit brand new. Coffee was terrible at the free breakfast. "Eggs" were horrendous, not sure it was real food. Other offerings weren't much better.

We were there not even 24hrs of our 2 night stay when we found lice in both of our children's hair. As a licensed cosmetologist i check my daughters hair is daily when i am styling it for school or dance, and there was nothing in her hair until after staying one night at the hotel. As for my son, he has short hair and had nothing on him upon arrival. The next morning while he was playing in our room, i found 2 live lice on him.The hotel is now refusing to refund us.
