I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again. It wasn't terrible, but it was definitely run down a bit. The electric outlets in our bathroom didn't work. It definitely needs some maintenance. They didn't give us a "do not disturb" door hanger, so twice, we had housekeeping check to see if we were gone before checkout time.

Our check in was quick. The lady at the desk was friendly. The one thing i noticed is the sign for no smoking or vaping but our room when we walked in smelled horrible it did get better. Our bed was so uncomfortable. The good the shower was amazing great pressure and hot!! Breakfast was average but it was clean and the ladies kept it stocked.

Ive stayed here before with no issues. The grass is now overgrown. There were people staying there that had to be on drugs, allowed to just wander the common areas and harass myself and work colleague. The front desk person was away almost every time i went to the desk no matter what the time. My shower towel had a blood stain on it. Its taken a major dive in the last 18 months.

Could've been better

Checkin went rough the system went down and they didn't have enough clean rooms. The lady at the desk found us a room however, when i pulled the bedding back discovered the mattress protector had a huge hole and the mattress had a blood stain on it. Whenni tried calling down the phones didnt work. Tried cutting on the tv and system was down. Went to the front desk and let them know a maintenence guy came and tried to fix it. Determined it was out of hos scope we had to move to another room. Which was the suite.... when he brought up us to this room he checked to ensure both tvs were working correctly. However, this room could stand to use a cleaning . The curtains had water damage stains, the tub wouldnt drain and tiolet was clogged. Reported all these things on Saturday and was told they have no on site maintenence until monday. Thinking it would be solved on monday nope we couldn't shower and was offered another room or even a hey you could shower in the empty room next door. Nothing checked out tuesday and informed them again ofvthe request and was told by the AM checkin person we could shower in an empty room but it was too late we had somewhere else to be

Fridge didn't work and we weren't notified (staff knew and when we mentioned it AFTER we were told we could move rooms) until we discovered it for our daughter's food. Cable TV was NOT user friendly. Also, had to adjust the cable box because the cable didn't have a solid connection. Staff was unsure of where crib sheets were and we had to wait for one to be washed/dried. Fitness Center was an absolute joke. Treadmill was old and very worn. Cable machine was unusable with no pin and a cable on the ground. Hot and not ventilation. Staff seemed friendly enough but just working with what they had.

Awful experience. Property didn't look anything like pictures enchanted by ai. Tried 3 different rooms because the first 2 were absolutely filthy. No apology or care from staff either. Hotel property was gross and seemed to be a closer to a refugees camp.

Really gross property. Came in at 1am and night manager put me in a room it looked like a bunch of homeless people were freebasing in. Smells of cigs and weed everywhere (and I am a smoker) second room they gave us was also gross with food stains and zero cleaning done. In the morning they offered to comp us $25. Check reviews and make sure they are real and don't trust the edited photos on this Expedia listing.

Only stay if you don’t want to sleep

Absolutely terrible stay. People were cleaning at one in the morning. My sheets were dirty and the room what dusty. The TV didn’t work. I would not recommend staying here. The young lady checking people in clearly didn’t like her job. Some people are charging a deposit and others aren’t. Absolutely disappointed and have reported this to the BBB.
