I was dissatisfied with the lack of housekeeping services during my stay. The front desk did not communicate if housekeeping would not be provided, and upon our arrival that evening, I called the front desk for assistance. The gentleman who answered the phone was quite rude and dismissive. When I expressed the need for towels and other essentials, he indicated that he was too busy to engage in the conversation, suggesting that I should retrieve the items myself. I found this response to be highly unprofessional. Additionally, when we went down to obtain the towels, I noticed him conversing with a young woman, who appeared to be his girlfriend. Overall, the behavior of the staff was unsatisfactory and did not meet professional standards.

Needs improvement and oversight

There was no cleaning and clean towels the two days we stayed. There were kids running around past midnight the first day and we were not able to sleep. I like Hampton Inn but this did not meet my expectations.

The property was clean, safe, modern and convenient. The only issue was the night clerk who was rude when we asked for batteries for the remote and tissue paper. He seemed hard working but unfriendly.

Overall stay was pretty good. Hotel stay at the time was a bit noisy due to the fact that they had a huge soccer tournament that week we stayed. So the kids running up and down the hallways in the daytime and night was a no bueno for me. Breakfast was really nice.
