The property double charged me. When I checked in their systems were down and they advised they would be completing the check-in a different way than usual. Sure enough, double charged two different amounts. One charge included parking and the other did not. I called the hotel 3 times. They promised callbacks and never called back. My third try I get the sales manager Shanice and she wares up and down they only charged me once. She told me because I booked through Expedia which was incorrect, it was orbits, that I would have to call them. Yes, I booked through there but I chose the option to pay at the property. I offered my credit card statement to her. She didn’t care kept telling me I was rude and she wouldn’t work with me unless I treated her with respect. I was very distracted yet showed her no disrespect. She hung up on me. Would NOT recommend. Now I’m left fighting the charge through my credit card company.
