Upon check in I had to wait over 30mins due to system being down, I was offered a free snack for the inconvenience. Staff is rarely at the front desk. One occasion I had to literally go in the office where she was sitting regarding a question I had. Other times there was no one at the front at all. The different food for free breakfast was amazing! Good food, clean dining area and quiet.

Unwritten hidden fees.

A few days before the stay they spring a $30 per day fee for “incidentals” which is not mentioned anywhere when booking and is told after the cancellation date passes. I was told both on the phone and in person that this would be refunded. I asked for it in writing and was given a hand written note which holds no value when it’s on a sticky note. Walls a thin so could hear people walking above and next to the room as well as talking in the room next to us.

This location was perfect for me and my husband. Great price too. There was a slight stuffy smell when you first enter the room, but the rooms are cleaned very well, the parking is free, the complimentary breakfast is great, they switch it up a bit each morning, and it's close to the expressway for you to be able to travel to the city parts easily. The staff was very friendly as well. The TV has the streaming apps too for you to be able to log into your accounts and they have cable. Great place, we would definitely stay there again.
