The only thing that I didn't like was the parking. It's either valet or walk a couple of blocks to park your vehicle. There is no place to park when checking in. Had to park illegally, to check in. Drove around until we could find a place.

The staff could not have been better. Accurate, friendly, competent and attentive. LOVE the hotel and will stay again. The room cleanliness was great. They just need to pay attention to details in an ocd type of way. Make sure every morsel of the room is tented to. But overall great.

We valeted our vehicle and it was broken into overnight. Despite the hotel employees assuring us that the valet company would take care of the damages, we have been completely ignored by the hotel and the valet company. Complete failure of hospitality,

This is a fun spot to stay, and we really enjoyed our overnight—until we woke up to find that both of our cars had been vandalized and one was stolen from in the parking ramp. While this was obviously unfortunate, the staff was kind and assured us that the valet company would reach out and "take care of everything." However, when we received an email from the valet company, it stated that we would need to file claims through our own insurance instead. Not quite as helpful as it was made to sound.

The property itself is beautiful, and the rooms are clean, but for the price, a complimentary bottle of water in the room would be expected. Upon arrival, we were offered an “upgrade” to a better room—one that actually had a proper window. The room we stayed in had a window that was half-buried in the ground, making it feel more like a basement than a guest room. The biggest disappointment, however, was the sauna. Not only was it outdated, but it was also filthy. There were no signs or instructions advising guests to sit on towels, meaning people were sweating directly onto the benches. It was absolutely disgusting!

Beautiful place, needs to replace the shower heads

Beautiful hotel in a great location with great amenities. However, the bedsheets in our room appeared dirty with chunks of granola or something on them. The shower head also did not spray fully or correctly, making it difficult to use comfortably.
