Usually a fantastic experience. There is a restaurant remodel going on that interrupted water service through the night, so we were unable to flush or get glasses of water. Also, the power was interrupted several times resulting in a loud beeping noise when it came back on. I have stayed here dozens of times and it’s usually lovely, so I’m confident the problems will go away when the remodel is complete.

We love the atmosphere of the Hewing. The building and individual rooms are comfortable and well designed. The roof bar is a fun scene and the staff we met were all delightful. Only issue was no one to help w the luggage upon arrival and departure. Bar folks helped us w an informal gathering of friends. Parking was smooth and we felt bad that we didnt have cash to tip the valet

Nice hotel, but for what they charge, should be a better experience. Specifically, our room was only equipped with one robe and one bath towel. When I called for another bath towel it never came and had to call again. The TV also didn’t work that night they said it was an issue with the provider. Anyways, for pushing $300, expected a much more buttoned up experience.
