Nice room and great location, but a bit chaotic if there are local flight cancellations. Although the staff did their best to manage the chaos, the shuttle took a while to get and then all of the morning shuttles were booked. So, I ended up getting to stay for only a few hours before returning to the airport. Truly not an issue with the hotel, but be aware that you may be impacted if you choose to stay here and there is bad weather or other problems at MSP.

Staff was friendly. We have stayed at this hotel a few times the night before flying out. This time, the halls and rooms appeared to be more worn. The TV in our room did not work, which made it harder to fall asleep.

This is one of the better hotels I have stayed at near the Mall of America. This is one is on the "stay again" list. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a clean room and an inviting lobby to hang out in.

Rooms were very small. Parking lot was icy and dangerous. Staff was unfriendly bordering on rude. Lobby floor were wet and slippery. Shower door was broken and washcloths were like sandpaper.
