Front desk worker seemed like she didnt wanna answer questions or helping you check in. I asked her questions while she just kept staring at her computer screen and ignoring me. When i asked to confirm my room number, she just looked at me and said rudely “yeah” Good hotel, bad welcoming staff

Upon arrival, there were two cop cars outside. When I walked in they were questioning a man and asking him to clear out his backpack near the front desk. After getting checked in with chaos so close, I walked to the elevator and noticed the hallways needed to be vacuumed. When I got onto the elevator there was a piece of metal (no clue what is was) hanging off the wall and at this moment I thought to myself “ I wonder if Paris Hilton would be proud of any of this. The next morning I went downstairs for breakfast. I was told that I didn’t qualify for the buffet breakfast since I booked my stay on the Expedia website. The $14.99 per person buffet breakfast looked lousy. There were 4 hot bar options with only 3 options to choose from. I was willing to pay but not after looking at the options or lack of. The lobby looks bright and updated but the hallways, elevator and rooms seem dreary and dark. The pool was nice.

Thank you so much! We have stayed on multiple occasions and our experience has always been excellent. Friendly staff, spotless rooms, and the shuttle service to the airport is an added bonus! We have also been able to leave our vehicle while on vacation and their shuttle picks us up at the airport when we return. The shuttle drivers are fun and beyond polite. Highly recommend!

Close to airport unfortunately the early a.m. shuttle was full so I had to get an Uber which was the reason I had picked that location. The hallway carpet was very dirty. Front desk staff at check in was great. Check out they could not print a receipt said they would email and I still do not have it?

vent too long

Pros: We were put in a room that smell like weed the moment we walked through the door. I called the front desk and staff were able to move us within 20 minutes, which I was grateful for. Cons: The room the moved us- the heating or vent was so loud all night. I asked the security guy who came into our room to help me with the temperature issue said their was nothing they could do about the noise. He said all the rooms has this noise. I have stayed at many Hilton Garden Inn at different locations and has never encountered a loud buzzing noise all night like this before, so I think its only loud in a corner room. That noise really bothered me all night and I could not get a good night sleep!

Don't stay

Pillows were flat and couldn't get comfortable at all so didn't get any sleep. Breakfast was said included online and we I formed them and we simply were told sorry for the misunderstanding even after looking at the site and it has it clearly labeled breakfast included elevators to get up to the rooms also drop very sharp and suddenly when moving.and if you accidentally leave something here they refer you only to a site that will charge you $80 + to ship and $10 item.
