Photos are pretty misleading, hotel felt a bit tired with stained carpets and peeling walls. Tried to overcharge us on check out. Restaurant was expensive and pretty underwhelming, staff seemed desperate to clear plates & glasses whether we were finished or not!

Pool experience and staff were outstanding! Beach experience was fair. Beach club staff were not very helpful to hotel guests. Tried to confirm my airport transfer that was scheduled- told by transfer associate that if I made the reservation then it should be fine.

I think it’s sold as a beach resort which it is not. Paid 100 euros to have beds at the beach club where the staff were terrible and service was terrible. The air con in the rooms didn’t go below 22 degrees which wasn’t ideal. I think considering it’s meant to be 5 stars it just felt a bit underwhelming. On a whole wouldn’t go back to Split found everywhere we went ther service was pretty shocking.

I really enjoyed my trip to Split. I found just what I was look for at the Radisson, access to the beach, a spa, and swimming pools. I was happy to swim in doors, and use the hot and cold pools, dry and steam saunas, while the outdoor pools and beaches were bustling with people, inside the water was cool and the atmosphere calmer. I enjoyed the morning buffet and tried the Triton restaurant on my last evening. I didn’t utilize but was pleased to find a shuttle bus into town was available. I’d recommend staying here again for the big rooms, ocean view, and amenities provided.

We had 3 rooms. One was refurbished and was excellent. Beautiful room. The other two rooms were not refurbished and were tired. But all rooms had a wonderful view. Hotel staff (particularly at the dinner buffet) were very friendly. Food at the buffet was excellent. Excellent stay.

This is not a 5 star hotel for the price. Our room was barely cleaned each night. The ice bucket was not emptied and washed and our beds weren't even straightened up 2 of our 3 nights! The rooms were extremely noisey. We were on the ground floor and it noisey til after 11 pm each night. We did like the breakfast buffet and staff at the pool bar were efficient and friendly.
Beds after housekeeping came.

Nice hotel, but expensive and room for improvement

Nice hotel on the outskirts of town, about 40 mins walk to the old town (lovely walk along the coast). Mini bus runs a few times a day, and an Uber is about 7 euros. Not a lot around in the close vicinity of the hotel atm, but there's a lot of work going on along the beach which will be finished soon with bars, shops, shaded areas, volleyball courts etc which will be a big improvement. Hotel itself is nice. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, views depending on the room can be lovely, however some aren't great. Outdoor Pool area is clean, but pretty functional, there's no holiday atmosphere there which is a bit of a shame. However bar is good, and staff are again, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, but plates are tiny which is really frustrating. Sure there's a financial/ waste cutting explanation but trying to fit anything into a saucer size plate gets very tiresome. Sunbeds on the beach next to the club are available if you're early enough. Water is amazing, as it along the whole coast, as are the beautiful views. However, a beer from the bar is 11 Euros a pop!! Hopefully again, the new facilities opening down the road will alleviate this (sunbeds for non hotel users are 35 euro per person!! Even if it's mid afternoon). The naff house music blasting from the beach club can also be a real turn off. Over all decent, but it's very expensive, and probably overpriced. Hopefully with all the building work going on competition will level this out over time.

Good but no 5 star treatment.

On the plus side the distance to Split town is near enough and provided by a shuttle bus both ways. Breakfasts were good standard and tasty. However, very loud music on the beach on the first day, hard to think straight it was so loud, wanted to leave. First room designed for wheelchair use lacked any proper comfort with water going everywhere after a shower Lots of overgrown weeds and a drain hole on the ground floor patio which had no view. We paid for an upgrade to get a better room off the ground floor and with a fridge which was missing from the first room along with a dodgy kettle. Staff in the bar seemed to be in training, our order didn’t arrive so we gave up after an hour and left hungry. No one informed us of the QR code request system at all which should have been done at check-in. Never really felt like 5 star treatment unfortunately. Such a shame.
