Staff was polite but not particularly friendly especially when I called about the chilly room Breakfast was lavish but too expensive and not always well supplied Garage is never available (4 stays) so very inconvenient if you arrive by car

Well located hotel to explore central Berlin. Was able to walk to Brandenburg Gate in approx 10-15 minutes. Room clean and functional. Only negative was the one night I wanted to go to the bar / restaurant there was a corporate event on which was a little disappointing as it meant I had to go further afield.

It was all excellent: room (junior suite) and bathroom were spacious and spotless, staff so helpful and pleasant, amenities all there. In addition, location near Potsdamer Platz was very convenient for both walking and public transportation. We loved it!
