Amazing design

The design is amazing, at the outskirts of the Zoologischer Garten, feels like an amazing jungle. The room was nice as well!

This is a fantastic hotel in an equally fantastic location. Parking is a short, but manageable, walk away. Staff are great and very helpful. Definitely worth considering for a Berlin stay.

Overrated but stunning view

Overrated. Except for the beautiful view (jungle room) everything was not so good. Bad service, thin pillows, light entering the room through the curtain, cleaning was average, you pay a lot but getting average

Overlooking the Berlin Zoo and Tiergarten is a huge plus and great for a couple of nights. We stayed for 5 nights and even the staff were surprised we were there for that long. We felt pressured by staff to have the room serviced every 3 days instead of daily - we ran out of tissues and dry towels quickly. There is no coffee or tea making facilities in the room which was really odd. Pillows are extremely soft and we had to ask twice for a second pillow. The bar upstairs is lovely but they overcharged us significantly. This was fixed when we pointed it out but it could have been easily missed if we’d charged the bill to the room. Would recommend for a maximum of nights if you’re OK with basic service but not a longer stay.

Great hotel with rooms with a view!

Great hotel in a safe location close to Zoo Station. It's modern and a bit quirky with a popular rooftop bar which was busy but with a nice atmosphere. We had a Jungle Room overlooking Berlin Zoo, Tiergarten and the Berlin skyline, and is by far the best view we've ever had in the many times we have visited Berlin.

This property was AWESOME!!! We had a great time! It was like trying to find some secret speakeasy - but once you do, the party starts! We will definitely stay here again next one we are in Berlin! Don’t let the rougher area fool you - this is a great hotel!
