Excellent stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel has a great atmosphere and feels well run, making it a very comfortable place to stay in Berlin. I would happily return and recommend it.

This is a huge hotel with self check in and out. It’s clean and comfortable - located in the area of the city where all the government buildings and consulates are. It’s not in the heart of Berlin, I would say - but perfectly nice and good transport links (bus and underground).

The unmanned check-in is convenient, but you'll need to find a staff member to get VIP benefits. The hotel is close to the bus stop, the breakfast is delicious, and although the hotel itself is old, the room was fairly spacious on the 6th floor facing the park plaza, and I had a great view of the New Year's fireworks.

I loved my stay. It was very cleanly and beautiful and just a wonderful experience overall. I wasn’t a huge fan of the breakfast, but besides that I would love to visit Berlin again.
