Staff was nice and check in was quick. Carpet was a bit tacky feeling in room, shower was slippery and they never cleaned our room on a 4 night stay. Only gave us three towels for 4 people registered to stay in the room. To get more towels we had to go all the way to the lobby and turn in dirrty towels. It was very quiet so family slept well and a nice hotel.

The comforter on one of the beds was stained and the stitching was coming apart. It appeared dirty. I informed the desk about the issue and asked them if we could get different bedding. We left the hotel for approximately 4 hours and when we returned the beds were in the same condition as when we left. So we went to the desk to see if they just didn't get a chance to get up to the room. At this point we were told it's lean bedding it's just stained. We then asked for management and were told that the manager just left and that is what she had told her to tell us. Then about a half hour to an hour later she came up with a clean comforter. Will not be staying at this place again.

The water park is why we came

Havent been here in a long time and im a bit sad. This place used to be much cleaner. Putting that aside my kids had a great time and thats what mattered.

The room was ok. The pool area was gross. Mold growing pretty bad and the water had so much chlorine in it, my family only stayed 30min. I waited 20 minutes at the front desk to check in and no one answered the phone number on their sign when I called. The hotel is pet friendly, but we never found any grassy area to walk our dog, and all the areas around the hotel were filled in with big rocks. The breakfast was also had no bread, bagels, or muffins out, only one of the four juice options was in working order, and the coffee wasn't working. I'm assuming the afternoon front desk attendant had their teenager at the hotel while they were working because when we went to our room there was a boy and girl sitting in the hall outside our room that immediately left the area when we approached, but they were later laying on top of each other on the sofa in the lobby, then were back in the hall by our room, and our kids saw the same strange behavior when they were in the pool from the same couple. It just felt awkward. I don't usually complain in reviews, but there was a lot lacking at this hotel for the extra amenities we intended to utilize. So if the pool, breakfast, or pet friendly appeal of this hotel is why you're looking at this hotel, I hope my review is helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

The water park was nice for the kids but like every hotel, the hot tub wasn’t working! And the pool closed at 9, which was really early compared to other places. Nice room, quiet, clean.
