Come right in and feel instantly relaxed. You will first be greeted by the first-floor great room/game room, featuring comfy seating, a sofa sleeper, a huge Smart TV, and a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle for a fabulous teen hangout! Next to the game room directly on the Gulf of Mexico, is a large private guest bedroom with a new king bed, Smart TV, a large oceanfront balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
All the living space on the second floor is Gulf front, views of the ocean from the living area, dining area, and the kitchen. Well-lit with wall-to-wall windows overlooking the emerald waters and sugar white sand, this space is great for relaxing and listening to the waves break! Enjoy the large Smart TV from our comfortable couch after a long day at the beach, or have dinner with the family at the dining table which comfortably seats 8. Kitchen was completely renovated including all new appliances and a separate under counter wine cooler. Or take your cooking outside and grill your freshly caught fish on the BBQ grill and dine at the outdoor table overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! There is also a half bath located on the main level.
The second beachfront master suite is located on the third floor. Private and quiet for some much-needed R&R after a long day with the kids! Enjoy the oceanfront king size bed, large Smart TV, private bathroom with a walk-in shower and private Gulf facing balcony! On this floor, there is another guest bedroom, featuring a king size bed, a Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom.
This wonderful townhome is on the picturesque Scenic 98 in Miramar Beach. With fabulous restaurants, and activities galore.
We also provide a starter pack which includes: hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent. Once the starter pack runs out the guest is responsible to replenish their stock.
Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. This multi-purpose neutral PH, germicidal detergent and deodorant is effective on a wide variety of pathogens. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
