This property is nice, but small touches are showing their age. In the bathroom, the schluter edge on one side of the tub was coming away from the wall at the top (room 108]. The knob to turn the water from the tub spigot to shower head did not completely seal, so only half the water was diverted to the shower, resulting in poor water pressure. The bath still had a smaller step in tub, where as all of the other Hyatt Place Hotels I’ve stay in have a walk in shower. (A small note about those shower doors. They do not close properly because the shower base (pan) is neither level or plumb…which because of the front full width drain it can be,,the pan must slope down towards hr drain slightly. Your designer chose those doors for aesthetics, not form and function…if they understood basic construction they would have know the type of door where rails and tracks are affixed to a shower pan that is not level and plump will result indoors not closing all the way.

The pool was unavailable and we were told it would be functional the following day. It wasn't. It was 105 degrees out and the pool was a big reason we were at this hotel. Checked out and went elsewhere. Very inconvenient. Should have been upfront when we checked in.
