Great Hotel, Great Staff and Service!

This was Mardi Gras weekend and this staff went above and beyond with a hotel completely full! The service was great! The people in every area were severely overworked but did it with enthusiasm and smiles. I know they were all beat! We had to wait o er an hour and a half to check in but they were working tho get everyone in as fast as they could. The restaurant had a great breakfast. We love staying here. Especially during Mardi Gras, just walk out the door to all the parades.

It took almost an hour to check in. Parking was $50 a night but advertised at $15. Cleaning supplies were way to strong and nauseous. Location is good for mardi gras, that is the only positive.

Location

Location location location. Perfect for Mardi gras. Clean but carpets worn, temperature in rooms cold. Somewhat pricey. Fast food restaurant nearby understaff is the understatement and parking is first come first served or 80 a day for parking nearby. Average room. Staff was super friendly.

Can hear everything and everybody in the rooms during Mardi Gras! Good luck if you’re a light sleeper. They can definitely provide more toilet paper and towels if you stay more than one night. Everything else was good.
