Not bad but could be better

Upon getting there the night staff lady didn't appear too friendly. She wasn't rude or anything, just not friendly. The key to the room didn't work so we returned to have it fix, it still didn't work so the night clerkobwd me to a new room. That room was musty smelling. I discovered that it has water on the floor leaking from the AC unit. I reported the issues to the morning clerk who was friendly and said she would have maintance check on it. Other than the leaking AC and musty smell the place was ok and did what I needed.

Well, I was in shock! The smell hit me as soon as the door opened. Then when I looked in I was afraid to go pass the door . It looked nothing, nothing like the pictures on the computer. You should go see for yourself! We DID NOT STAY! These pictures was false advertising.I don’t think we will be using this site again, and let people we know to BEWARE!,looks are DECEIVING!

Fine. No one seemed extremely interested. Breakfast was. Horrible. Like earring left overs. Breakfast personal stood eating an apple. Toaster was broken. and we had to put towels on the floor to absorb the a/c leak. Overall it was “ok” only stayed avoid 6 hours. Enough to get a bath sleep bit and leave. The staff sssms disinterested and depressed. Maybe that’s what you get with the late and early shift. We checked in late and left early. It wasn’t dirty just dumpy and aged.

The room was very old. Fresh towels were not given for 2nd day. Key issue with door. Spoke to owner and he promised but did nothing. Upon checkout there was a very nice worker that apologized. She should be promoted and get a raise because she is thr best t person to run this old old hotel.

Great staff....thats about it.

Place is in horrible condition and dare I say a potential health hazard. To start the elevator smells like cigarettes and burnt motor oil. When it made it to the floor i was staying on it felt like it was struggling to make it. The room i stayed in was falling apart. Had to use brute strenght to push the door open. Part of the ceiling falling off and walls badly cracked. The bed was hard as a rock. Towels provided had multiple stains looked like blood and pee or poop. They were cleaned from the smell of the towels. The room reeked of mold and mildew. You can see mold growing on the ceiling near the ac unit. In the same area as ceiling damage. Lastly The night i checked in the cable was not working for the tv. Definitely not worth the amount i paid for the night. The place need major tlc. The pictures online are very misleading. The positives The girl at the front desk was extremely nice when i checked in. It is also close to bars and clubs if that is your thing. It was quiet. That also may be becase alot of rooms on the floor i stayed on appear to be unusable.

We had been driving 14 hour and just needed to take break. The location was easy off/on the freeway. The property is beautiful however, the rooms have not been maintained. Our room had black mold above the AC, in the shower, and along the ceilings. The ceiling showed moisture blisters. NOW, lets chat about the good things which are just as important. The beds are amazing, best night sleep Ive had in weeks. Oh and the shower water pressure. WOW!!! It was outstanding, a standing massage. In spite of the mold. I would return again for the bed and shower.

When we arrived we were told that because the cleaning staff hadn't showed up that day that there were no clean rooms for us. They were able to find a room, but the door wouldn't lock. Then the next day something malfunctioned in the door, and it wouldn't open. The maintenance person wasn't there, so we had to wait for over an hour in our pajamas. This caused us to miss one of our activities. Then, when it was fixed, we had to move to another room. The continental breakfast was great, the pool was good, and the manager was very nice.

No QUALITY at the Quality Inn

Front desk clerk was the best thing about this hotel. The elevator was hot and musty! The room was musty. Flies everywhere. I did not go farther than the bed for fear of what else I might see before the bathroom.

There is no TV. The swimming pool is closed down the doors look like they’ve been kicked in several times. I do not recommend staying here.

We checked in late in the evening and the person at the desk was very sweet. The building is old and rundown. There was a bag of trash just sitting right outside the elevator door overnight. Once we got to the room, it smelled of mildew. I had to go down to the lobby to request new sheets and change them as the sheets on the bed were incredible stained and there was a good amount of hair in the bed. There was also hair all over the bathroom floor. We stayed simply because it was so late and we had an early morning the next day. We were supposed to stay two nights but checked out after the first because it had been so bad. The clothes I slept in still smelled like mildew multiple days later.
