Rent since 01.03.2019 exclusive luxury apartment with fantastic sea views on the famous Amadores beach in Gran Canaria. Four episodes for the ZDF television garden were shot here in 2019. All amenities are available, wifi plus Netflix with large TV, air conditioning and a fan in the bedroom very quietly. Kitchen full
equipped with microwave, oven with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer. A juicer (Braun), Nescafe coffee machine and a hand blender (Braun) are also available.
Pool is in the complex. Supermarket, pharmacy and doctors can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Several restaurants can also be reached in a few minutes. Taxi stand is right in front of the facility.
Very quiet location and grounds (dogs are not allowed), so I'm looking for quiet tenants who are non-smokers. Daily price incl. Water, storm, wifi plus Netflix, bed linen, towels and air conditioning. Final cleaning € 55. Minimum stay 7
