The pool was shut down, them room smelled musty and the lobby definitely smelled like someone was smoking something other than cigarettes if you know what I mean. For the price it was good but not what was advertised.

The breakfast bar food was terrible. When I asked for the room to be serviced, the only thing they did was fresh towels, never changed the sheets. On check out , there was nobody at the desk to give me a receipt.

False advertising! And straight up lies! Booked for pool. After booking got a message that said the hot tub was closed. I messaged back asking if just the hot tub was closed or if the pool was closed too. Never got a response. Called, asked if the pool was open and was told the hot tub was closed. At that point I assumed the pool was still open since I had specifically asked. So when I check in, I ask what time the pool closes and am told the pool is closed for repairs. Everything else was fine, but when you specifically book for an amenity and they bait and switch you, it's unacceptable.
