The room was lovely however we noticed the heating wasn’t working in the living room on our second night and the washing machine didn’t work . We notified reception that evening , they came and gave us heaters and said the problem would be resolved . The following morning (after our second night of a 5 night stay ) the cleaner rang the bell and tried to enter the room to clean as he thought we had checked out . When I explained he was very apologetic. Later that evening , after 8.30pm the door to our apartment was opened and the lady from reception entered with new guests, she thought we had left that morning . Needless to say at that point we were concerned about our security. We went out on Monday evening and came back to find the door to our room open , at that point we decided we did not feel safe in the apartment and we would leave one day early
