My friend and I both had to go down to Libby to get new key cards as ours stopped working after the first night. Super inconvenient. The girl at the front desk knew nothing about the area when we asked about restaurant recommendations. However, the male Guest Service guy did so that was helpful. I tried to iron some clothes, but the ironing board was inoperable and broken.

Staff for the most part is friendly (accept for one front desk girl who has robotic cold manner-you know who you are). Bar in the hotel is good for snacks and drinks. Hotel runs very hot though, they really don't want a high electric bill I guess.
