Perfect 💯

Amazing resort all the way around. Clean, friendly, and the perfect for enjoying a grown anniversary. The gym was my favorite part of the resort and they delivered on the variety of plant-based selections. I had so many options and all were delicious.

The pool side Music Disco style heavy bass over tracked with repetative and very loud bass continuosly played from 9am to 5pm, with no escape! Not the best entertainment for the majority demographic of the resort guests.

We have been to four other Hyatt all-inclusive resorts and this one was a disappointment. The dinning was limited, the buffet was not like the other Hyatts. The maid service was fair…multiple calls to get it right. The staff at other properties are more attentive.

Let me start by saying that the resort itself is beautiful and has wonderful potential. However, my recent stay was unfortunately filled with several serious issues that caused major inconvenience and concern for my safety. First, there was a ceiling leak directly over my bed, followed by finding roaches in my room. I then had to repack and move all my belongings, only to discover that the new room assigned to me had no functioning air conditioning. On top of that, there was flooding throughout in our building, forcing guest and myself to use the stairs. During this time, I slipped on the wet stairs and almost fell, which was very alarming and unsafe. Because of all these issues, I had to cancel my excursion not once but twice. Despite these repeated problems, I was assured by management that I would be refunded for the two affected days. However, I have still not received any confirmation email or refund as promised. I am requesting an immediate update and prompt processing of the refund. Given the level of inconvenience and safety risks involved, I believe this is a fair and necessary resolution. Please confirm when I can expect to receive the refund.

This is one of the nicer resorts in MoBay. Lots of swimming and eating options. Very large and spread out. The room was nice and several of the staff were very good, but some were not friendly or helpful. The adult-only and family properties are joined so the adult-only was not completely separate. I would not want to come in high season as I think it would be too many people - it was crowded enough in the off-season. All that said, we would go back - didn't get to take advantage of the water sport activities.

I searched in my head for what i liked and disliked about the hotel and it turned that i could not find any dislike, however, as far as likes, the staff are friendly, the property is super clean, the food is excellent and delicious, especially the jerk chicken and pork, amenities was on point! Overall everything was tiptop. This hotel won my approval!!!
