Got the job done and very comfortable

Our room was clean and up-to-date. I really like the restroom in the mirror as it was an LED touchscreen mirror. I didn’t like the fact that I had to call them to tell them to change my sheets and come clean the room. Apparently they don’t clean it unless you request it.

Great stay at great price

Room was large & clean. Bed was comfortable (but high). Friends liked the art work. We called to let them know we'd arrive late. They told us to ring the buzzer since the lobby will be locked. We arrived, the front desk person came out to check us in & was super friendly & helpful. FYI, vending machine is cash only, no credit cards.

Super convenient location. Close to many things. There are several hotels on the same street at the Aura Inn there are also so many cute inns nearby which is something to think about when visiting Carmel. Room was good since we just went to shower and sleep.

Our stay was very nice other then the tv. The tv kept turning on and off, We alerted them about it so they came over. It appeared that the hdmi cable was warn out, It never worked through our stay. All in all very nice hotel

Clean, large room

I was impressed to find a room with 2 king beds. Perfect for my family of 4. The room was very large and included a couch and table. Very clean. Would return.
