Need better trained and ways to stay up on their positions in serving food. The personal servicing breakfast were in panic and after two days just didn’t care and there were basic food shortages like no oatmeal, pancake machine out of batter. Fruit very poor, toasters broke. It reflects on upper management. I believe it will soon be let go of or sold to other hotel corporations. Even the electrical system in my room was poor. Couldn’t even charge up my cell phone when hooked up to a spit in my room. I think it’s in the midst of either breaking down or a slow upgrade to the complete system and operations. I’m just a customer with no true skills just my opinion.

The hotel left a very good impression: a clean and comfortable room, attentive staff, and tasty breakfasts. Daily room cleaning kept everything fresh and tidy. The quiet, cozy atmosphere and well-maintained common areas made the stay pleasant. I would be happy to return again.

our room key the receptionist gave us for our room on the 5th floor did not work so we had to go all the way back and ask for a new one and she moved us to another room on the opposite side of the building. on the second day, our key didnt work again and we had to go back and ask for a replacement again. additionally, we only booked this hotel for the hot tub which was listed as an amenity on this website. we went down to the pool in the freezing cold and the hot tub was completely cold. there was a sign that said heating works but no bubbles so we tried turning on the dial and waited 15 minutes and it didnt work. so again we had to go to the reception desk and ask and they said the hot tub was broken. this was not disclosed before booking nor was there any signage indicating that at the pool. our sink also broke (not our fault) so someone had to come in and fix it. due to these issues, i’m requesting a partial refund.
