My stay at Pacific Best Inn was extremely disappointing. The property is incredibly outdated and appears to have had no maintenance for decades—it honestly looked like it was stuck in the 90s. Several basic amenities didn’t work: the microwave was broken, the fridge wasn’t functioning, and even the AC didn’t work, which made the stay very uncomfortable. On top of that, one of the cabinet doors was hanging off, showing how poorly maintained the room was overall. The place is in very bad shape and definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. We stayed for one night.

arrived at 330 pm and my room was not ready then it took him 25 minutes to check us in then the frig. did not work not a good experience.

We're leaving a review for our stay, which was either the best or the worst. In this case, it was the worst experience we had. We didn't get enough sleep and went to bed at 4 am because of the noise upstairs with laughter and karaoke. We booked here due to the good reviews, but it's a scam. Our experience was terrible. Read more reviews before you are booking.

The idiots next door were extremely loud playing TV all night both days and loud music in the morning. These were i beleive people living there funded by the state. Could not get in touch with staff.

The manager was very nice; however, there was some object under the carpet in the room that i kept tripping on. The air conditioner was very loud, which ended up being a blessing to semi-drown out the loud traffic, cars blasting their music and the jackhammer breaking up the curb right on the border of the property. I walked to the nearby Safeway and in the very short walk was approached by a homeless person.
