The room was very clean, but it was on the smaller side. It would have been cheaper for two beds and a bigger room - I expected to get a bit more out of the room for the price paid. Habib made the stay very enjoyable. We looked forward to seeing him every day at the restaurant. Everyone was very pleasant and the bartenders and servers made for a great experience in the restaurant. The other gentleman (restaurant manager) who's name escapes me seemed slightly abrupt with us for seating during a busier night due to the McCartney concert. He had offered seating at the bar for two people in front of me who did not have a reservation but preferred a table. When it came to my turn in line, I was told nothing was available - only people with reservations were granted access. I understand the staff were very busy, but I felt a little bit slighted as a guest who prefers to stay at the Sheraton downtown; I made sure to apologize to Habib multiple times as I did feel bad. He was very considerate and appreciative. I felt a bit uncomfortable but I was glad it turned around. Overall a nice stay. The elevators take forever when there are conferences in town, which is fine. My partner and I tried to take the stairs on multiple occasions and couldn't find access to each the higher floors.
