Continental breakfast was replenished on a timely basis. I had a problem with my refrigerator and maintenance was promptly there the next morning. The suite was very clean when I arrived. My sofa was somewhat worn. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and accomodating . The TV channel selection was great!

Nice place

The hotel is good. We stay here all the time it’s close to the Mohegan Sun Casino. The rooms are clean and good one time one room had a bad smell. There’s no refrigerator in the room and also they don’t give you bottled water. But you do get free breakfast and that’s pretty good.

Microtel is a good description of the room. Facilities are good, everything very clean. Could use a facelift for the prices that they're charging. Easy access to Mohegan Casino and New London ferry.

The hotel is fine but service wasn’t

Our key cards didn’t work once we left the room. I had to go down to the desk twice and the guy who waited on me was not apologetic and the second time accused me of making it up.
