The staff at Mohegan Sun we’re all excellent. They were very helpful and accommodating. Our room needs updating as there is a smell in the bathroom that was offensive. The toilet also is too loud when flushing. The room service was fast and fabulous.

The room was nicely set up, we had daily cleaning. The front deck was efficient. The only big issue was the valet parking. We waited 45 minutes to get our car after checkout. We weren’t the only ones. 45 minutes was the average. Definitely need a better system!
