Everything was excellent except the check-in process. It took over 1/2 hour to check in. there was 1 clerk working and the other answering the phones. There were about 25-30 people in line waiting to get checked in.

The cleanliness of the property was absolutely outstanding! A ton of food options inside the property which was great, we didn’t have to leave at all. The only thing we did not like was the staff by the elevators to go up to your room. They don’t say good morning or good night. They’re not friendly. They should probably get different jobs.

It's great for concert goers. The concert venue and hotel are connected along with restaurants and some shopping. If you don't like gambling or aren't interested in casino's, then there isn't much else for you.
