Excellent spacious rooms, clean, comfortable and gracious staff. Lots to do and nice pool area. The music in the restaurants especially could be softer and calmer. Understand the casino will be loud but when eating an expensive meal it would be better to have no music or soft music. The arena was a good venue though the Wolfden has better acoustics.

Went to see a concert with some friends. Everyothing was a complete Joy. The hour long wait for valet was not so pleasant at the end of my stay. Major improvement in that system needs to be addressed as it was an absolute nightmare for everyone checking out. 4 stars instead of 5

It was top rate until the very end when 3 of the 4 elevators went out of service. Im healthy enough to use the stairs with my luggage from the 8th floor but there was many many people that couldn't.

We've stayed here many times over the years. This was not one of our favorite experiences. Could not to connect to the Wi-Fi at all during our stay. The morning of our checkout, none of the elevators in the Earth Tower were working. People were walking up and down flights of stairs to get to their rooms and to checkout. No staff around to help. Lots of elderly people walking up stairs with canes and coming down the stairs loaded with luggage. Not a safe condition at all. Hard to believe that there was only 1 flight of stairs to get up and down to the rooms.

Nice surprise, but made it complicated

The line for valet parking was too long to wait in, so we self parked in the garage and walked the long way to the hotel check kiosk and self-checked in which was easy. I had booked "Earth Tower- Deluxe Room 2 Queen Beds" because it was my college friends and I staying together for an overnight around a concert (which was fabulous). It was nice that they upgraded us to an executive suite, however, there was only one bed which made things more difficult for our sleeping arrangements. It was a wonderful surprise, however, and worked out well - we were in awe of the view and the space!. If only we could've figured out how to work the in-room illy coffee maker, the trip would've been complete. There were no instructions and I called for help, but no luck. Small items to affect an otherwise wonderful short trip, but communication is key. Thank you. We'll be back!

The valet when we got there was very slow will give it a 4 out of 10. The valet when we left took over an hour to get our car would give it a big 0 out 10! When the guy about yhis he told us he was the only one on.Give me a break ,poor,poor planning on Mohegans part,after spent a grand at your slots and one night at your hotel. Hotel was fine.

The property is visually amazing. The architecture and artistry incorporated into it are incredible. But we had a very hard time getting information about which garage to park in if we had bags to take to the hotel. Then it was hard to get around inside the place. Rather circular. The room was nicely furnished with plenty of space. All very clean. One bed was pretty hard but I slept well. Good selection of pillows and comfy linens.

The kiosks for self check in didn’t work and there was a long line at the check in desk. However, the desk staff were very nice and very helpful. The rooms are ok, but pretty expensive for what you get. The parking garages are all very far away from the hotel and the valet line was terrible. We’ll consider other local hotels the next time we attend a concert.
