Start your morning with amazing views of the Emerald Isle sunrise from our 4th floor Ocean view condo. Walk a few steps to the elevator to make your way to the pool or beach with access to our outdoor storage which includes beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards. Located in a gated community with pools (opening May 15th), tennis courts, and outdoor showers coming off of the beach. Conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and the Emerald Isle bike path. The pier can also be viewed from the unit and is just a short walk down the beach!

We loved our stay here. Host Andrew was great helping us /supporting us when there was miscommunication with the check in office - they had new staff etc. all was resolved easily. The condo was pristine. Clean and perfect for us. Kitchen seemed well stocked but we didn’t even make coffee there. Bed was comfortable. Everything was in great shape. Building was quiet and well maintained. Of course it’s still “off season” so we appreciate the peace. Loved that it is a gated community. EI can get busy/loud so going through those gates is like leaving the noise behind. We absolutely loved the short walk to the beach. We definitely racked up some miles on the beach. Truly hoping to rebook again this year.

The gate code we were provided didn’t work and I was provided the wrong door code as well. The kitchen light didn’t work and I reported it but no one ever came to fix it. I had to ask for a new shower curtain liner for the guest bathroom because it was moldy and gross. There was mold along the grout and the master shower also had mold. It definitely needs a deep clean to clean under and behind furniture. Other than that, the condo was nice, great view of the ocean. The kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes and appliances. Master bed was comfy. Lots of books and games. It was off season so hardly anybody on the beach or pool. Sunset was gorgeous!! and the bluest water we’ve ever seen on the Atlantic coast.

Perfect Beach Retreat

There are not enough words to express our delightful experiences at this amazing home away from home. The location in proximity to the beach as well of all of the amenities was beyond expectations. In addition, the view of the ocean from the balcony provided an aurora of serenity. We will definitely cannot wait to return.

Peaceful retreat at the beach

The unit is exactly as described, and a great location in Emerald Isle--a few steps away from an uncrowded beach, and within walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. The weather wasn't ideal for beach weather during our stay, but the unit was a wonderful second-choice option, and worked out very nicely. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Great stay

Our family of 3 (2 adults and a 6-year-old) really enjoyed our stay. Unbelievable view of the ocean. I felt like I could reach out and touch it. Plenty of comfortable balcony furniture perfect for enjoying the view. It was excellent the building had an elevator and it was also pretty great that the ground floor storage was available for ocean & pool items. It was also pretty nice there were some items in the storage shed for use. We thought the beds were comfortable and that everything we needed was available during our stay. I was impressed with the availability of games and books. The host was responsive when I had a question or 2. As far as the beach, it was great. I never felt like we were crowded. A bit more narrow than the Atlantic Beach end but still plenty of sand. People were friendly For any future VRBO'ers - to find the ground floor storage, you have to go through the "tunnel like" areas by the elevator. Start at the area near the elevator to the far left (facing the building from the parking lot). There is a "tunnel" at the far left of the building; walk over the knee-high wall and go straight through the tunnel to the back of the building (you will be able to see the pool). Then make a 180 turn to your right and walk in that "tunnel". Storage unit is the first closet on the right. It took us a while to figure out that you had to walk all the way around the building and the storage areas were also facing the back of the building on the pool side as well.

Wonderful Stay!!

This was our first visit to Emerald Isle but definitely won't be our last. We had a little trouble getting in touch with rental office but after that everything was smooth sailing. Condo was perfect, just as advertised. Clean and updated! We really enjoyed our stay there and won't be the last time we're there to relax.

A visit to the Beehive

This is our second visit to this property this year and we enjoyed it very much. However, I would strongly recommend that the king bed be replaced as it is very uncomfortable and ruins your sleep each night. The accommodations are too nice to have it blemished by a very uncomfortable bed. Suggest a sleep number bed to replace the existing king bed.

This condo with an amazing ocean view is perfect for a beach vacation! The owners have obviously prioritized the amenities that are most important to guests! The newly renovated bathrooms are amazing, as is the kitchen! The new washer and dryer are definitely appreciated! The bar-height table and chairs on the balcony, which also look new, provide a beautiful ocean view!The master bedroom mattress is incredibly comfortable, while the master bedroom also has a great ocean view. cleanliness is high on my list of priorities, and this condo is incredibly clean! A big plus is that you will have your feet in the sand on the beach by walking less than two minutes! also, the owner is very communicative and responsive! I would definitely return here!

Great space; limited accessibility

Lovely condo that has plenty of space for seating and bedroom setup is nice. Got a great view of the ocean from the balcony without having to be oceanfront. Brownie points that there was a safety net attached to the balcony for little kids and felt safe that my kids could go out and not have to worry. Some areas could improve on: kitchen had bare essentials for cooking. Oil, salt, pepper was it. Would be nice to be provided with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, cooking spray, and clean unused sponges. Also, the accessibility was tough to get by. To get to the pool there is about 12 steps down a steep stairway. Also there was many stairs to get to the beach from our access point. It worked ok since our kids were older but if we had any younger or had health issues then I would reconsider the location. Lastly, the shed was a huge bonus stocked with great chairs, beach games, and sand toys. However a map or explanation as to where the shed is at would have been helpful. In our listing it says “under the condo on ground floor” but I found myself exploring where exactly it was at. Overall great stay and felt relaxed.

The condo was nicely decorated and clean. Great views of the ocean. We were really pleased with our accommodations. Provided chairs for the beach and umbrella. I highly recommend this condo and would stay again.
